Who is the entity responsible for the processing of your personal data?

We inform you that your personal data will be processed by AXA Seguros Generales S.A. de Seguros y Reaseguros (hereinafter, AXA or the Entity), in its capacity as data controller, with registered office at Calle Monseñor Palmer nº1, 07014, Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

Who are the entities in charge of processing your personal data?

We inform you that your personal data will be processed by DYLSI AGENCIA DE SEGUROS, SL, with registered office at PASSEIG DE ILLETES, 2, LOCAL 11, CAS CATALÀ-ILLETES (07181) BALEARES, (hereinafter, the Agent) in its capacity as AXA’s data processor for which they provide mediation activity.

To ensure the fair and transparent processing of your personal data, AXA has a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted at the email address [email protected].

For what purposes and legal bases do we process your data?

AXA will process your personal data for the purposes set out below:

Manage your request for information regarding the product in which you have shown interest and carry out the contact, by electronic means, by telephone, or at the Agent’s offices, depending on the means chosen by you, in order to continue with your request and provide you with the help you need to complete your subsequent subscription process.

Likewise, you may be informed and/or offered insurance products and services from the insurance company AXA.
If you do not provide the data, we will not be able to manage your request.

The basis of legitimacy is the consent granted by you to be able to process your request for information (art. 6.1.a GDPR).

Calculate the requested budget and subsequent procedures associated with the subscription of the insurance contract and its subsequent contact by any means enabled, based on the execution of the pre-contractual relationship.

Where does the data come from?

In addition to the information you provide directly to us via the form on the website managed by the Agent, we will obtain information about your browsing habits if you consent.

How long will we keep your personal data?

AXA will keep your personal data processed in your request for information for 120 days from the time you made the quote and 2 years if you have consented to the processing for the sending of commercial communications. After these periods, AXA will proceed to delete them.
