Administration, processing and monitoring of claims, authorisations and reimbursements of invoices, always supporting the streamlining of processes for the benefit of the client.

Commercial attention to Spanish-speaking customers.

Jolene is the left hand of the team. Creative and dynamic, she brings an innovative and digital perspective to the agency’s commercial work.

Of British origin, she is bilingual in English and Spanish. Warm and approachable by nature, you’ll always find her with a smile.

Her youth and enthusiasm complete the team and contribute to delivering the best results. A digital native passionate about new technologies, Jolene connects with new communication models, current trends and the needs of younger client profiles.

Her role at DYLSI:
Commercial attention to clients in both Spanish and English: support, follow-up and resolution of their needs. Support to clients and partners. She handles portfolio management — renewals communication, negotiation of conditions, and adapting contracts to the client’s situation at every stage.

Cristina is the organised heart of the team. Warm, resourceful, with a long career in administration and people-facing work, she is the ear that listens carefully and the hand that resolves with efficiency.

Bilingual in English and Spanish after more than 20 years living in the United Kingdom, Cristina understands the needs of both local and international clients like few others.

A lover of order, direct communication and doing things properly, Cristina is a key piece in DYLSI’s daily operation, making sure that every person who contacts us feels well looked after, informed and accompanied at every step.

Her role at DYLSI:

Commercial and administrative attention to clients in English and Spanish. Documentation management, operational support, incident resolution and close accompaniment to each client in their day-to-day matters.

Gina brings energy, listening skills and a strong client orientation to the team. Warm, attentive and resourceful, she is one of the voices many of our clients first hear when they begin their relationship with DYLSI.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, she understands the specifics of foreign residents and the needs of local families with equal ease.

Her ability to connect with people of very different profiles and her attention to detail mean that every interaction conveys trust from the very first moment.

Her role at DYLSI:
Commercial attention to clients in English and Spanish. Support during the onboarding process, coverage advice, and accompaniment through the initial stages of the client relationship. Coordination with the rest of the team to ensure continuity and follow-up.

Alejandro is the team’s specialist in health insurance benefits. Rigorous, organised and patient with the administrative side of healthcare, he is the person who makes reimbursements, authorisations and incidents with the insurer resolve as quickly as possible.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, he serves clients with equal fluency in both languages — essential when managing medical coverage for foreign residents.

His ability to navigate healthcare procedures and his clear communication with clients and medical centres turn the most complex part of a health policy — actually using it — into a simple experience for the policyholder.

Her role at DYLSI:

Reimbursement processing, medical authorisations and health insurance benefit management. Onboarding of new health insurance clients. Resolution of incidents with AXA Health and medical providers. Bilingual service in English and Spanish.

Catalina is the team member dedicated to implementing the RiskMap method, our consultative risk management methodology. She combines analytical skills, listening ability and rigorous follow-through — a profile built to accompany the client through the most strategic sessions.

Her background is particularly relevant for this role: Law and Coaching. Her legal training brings technical insight on liabilities, contracts and legal exposure. Her coaching qualification provides the tools to lead difficult conversations, ask the right questions and help the client make informed decisions without pressure.

Bilingual in English and Spanish, she runs risk analysis sessions for individual clients, professionals and businesses, helping them understand their real exposure and prioritise what matters most.

Her role is not commercial — it’s consultative. The goal of every RiskMap session is to give the client clarity and a plan, not to close a sale.

Her role at DYLSI:
Preparation and execution of RiskMap sessions with clients (in person and online). Structured risk analysis across the 5 areas of the method. Documentation of findings and prioritisation. Coordination with the commercial team to follow up on detected opportunities.
