If you have an accident, it is important that you complete the ‘Amicable Report’ (Amicable Accident Declaration) for agile and effective management.

To consult the dentists you can access with your dental insurance, access the AXA dental box finder at:

Health Insurance Reimbursement

To process a reimbursement of medical expenses, use this form. and send it to us by email along with a copy of the invoices, we will take care of it.

Changes in your particular situation

If your situation changes, it is important that you let us know so that we can adapt your insurance and avoid inconveniences.
Changes of residence, profession (life insurance), renovation of your home, etc. Check with us if you need to update your insurance.

Declare a Claim

To declare a mishap, open a claim report. Contact Yolanda and tell her the details of what happened, we will call you to help you with the management.

Modify coverage

To make a change in the coverage or data related to your insurance, contact us (telephone or email) to advise you on the process.

Cancel your insurance

If you are not satisfied with the renewal conditions of your insurance, or do not want to continue, remember that you must notify us at least 1 month before the renewal date.
You just have to send us a signed letter with a copy of your identity document, we will take care of the rest.

Legal Advice | Juridical
